Peer-to-peer Support

During 2020, when mental health and wellbeing leads were stretched to capacity to implement robust mental health strategies to support their teams, several of our community reached out to us.  They were looking for the opportunity to connect with professionals in similar roles to share experiences, understand best practice and gain first-hand advice and knowledge from colleagues in the same boat as them.

We are proud to offer them this support through connecting our network on 1:1 basis and also through regular closed round tables to discuss, share and learn from each other.

Round Tables planned for 2021 are as follows – these are open to This Can Happen Friends only. If you are interested in getting involved please contact us on info@tchevents.com

ROUNDTABLE - 9 February 2021 at 2.00pm
What interventions really work for supporting employees' mental health

ROUNDTABLE - July 2021
Successful ways to measure the success of your mental health initiatives and overall strategy

ROUNDTABLE - December 2021
Technology and Apps - Open discussion around success stories and challenges/opportunities around using tech for workplace mental health

No matter where you are on your workplace mental health journey we are here to support you and connect you with fellow Mental Health and Wellbeing professionals across the globe.  With our vast network we can directly connect you with a colleague who can support you and offer solutions, guidance and advice – either directly in your industry or from outside. If you would like to find out more about being connected contact info@tchevents.com
