Kavita is the founder of Undivided, a boutique DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) coaching, training and advisory practice based in Singapore. Her 15+ years working in multinational corporations in finance, pharma and media & entertainment in business and HR leadership roles led her to believe that the corporate world is, in general, a highly disabling environment for people like her who are ‘different’. She draws from her work and lived experience to advocate for greater inclusion, accessibility and psychological safety at the workplace. Kavita is passionate about increasing awareness and acceptance around neurodiversity, mental health and invisible disabilities. She holds an MBA, is certified on DEI by Cambridge and is a certified Mental Health First Aider (MHFA). Furthering her passion to work in the field of mental health, she is currently studying to qualify as a counselling psychologist. Originally from India, Kavita now lives in Singapore with her husband and their rescue dog, Tara.

Minal Mahtani is the CEO and Founder of OCD & Anxiety Support Hong Kong (OCDAHK), a registered mental health charity (91/16212) dedicated to counselling, educating, supporting and being a resource to adults and teenagers who are affected by Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Depression and Anxiety Disorders. She has received training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy and possesses degrees in both Psychology and Education. She is a Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Counsellor and Yoga teacher. In addition to running the charity, Minal has her own counselling practice, Get Unstuck Ltd. Furthermore, she is the co-author of Amazon’s 2021 Best Seller #Myvoice- a Collective Memoir by Women of Substance. Minal understands the challenges and stigma associated with mental health disorders, having experienced anxiety in her early years, making her relatable to sufferers on both a personal and professional level. She has accumulated numerous accolades and was awarded Highly Commended in the Storyteller Category at the This Can Happen Awards 2023.

Jyoti is an experienced HR professional with 10+ years of generalist experience roles. Jyoti designed and implemented the wellbeing programme in the Allen & Overy Middle East offices. She is now responsible working for with global teams across the firm to drive the broader wellbeing and mental health agenda. She also directly supports individuals through internal coaching.

Beyond is a mental health charity which was formed in 2018 by award winning campaigner Jonny Benjamin MBE. It was created to address the growing need for mental health support for young people. 75% of mental health issues begin in adolescence and yet, according to the NHS, three-quarters of young people who experience mental illness are not receiving treatment. Beyond has so far given out various grants to organisations across the UK who support vulnerable youngsters. The charity is currently developing a nationwide mental health festival for schools called Now and Beyond which will take place in February 2021.
