Zoe is one of the founders of This Can Happen. She is also the founder of Employees Matter, the largest provider of employee engagement seminars and webinars in the UK.
Caroline joined This Can Happen in June 2018 and overseeing our client servicing team and the marketing for all products in the This Can Happen portfolio. Her big passion is delivering invaluable content to companies to help empower their workplace mental health. With a daughter who has struggled with OCD she is passionate about striving to collectively improve workplace mental wellbeing.
Kathryn oversees This Can Happen's new initiative - Research & Insights, which is helping companies to measure and benchmark the success of their mental health strategies.
Karen is our inhouse events specialist who works with the wider team to plan and deliver seamless events for our partners, friends and guests. She is passionate about delivering a seamless, precise and well planned event to facilitate discussions and learning.
Jamie works alongside Zoe our co-Founder to research the mental health space in-depth and always ensure our speakers and topics are of the highest quality – of which we are immensely proud!
Rebecca’s role is to support all the activities that happen as part of our 12 month Friends programme, to ensure our clients get the maximum support from joining the programme. She is also the 'glue' for our remote team keeping us all on track, organised and looking after us!
Gee is our brand guardian responsible for the look and feel of the overall brand. She creates all the materials we need for the event – including social, brochures, pdfs and all the graphics you see onsite at the event.
Hannah joined This Can Happen in March 2023 and works across all the company's digital marketing platforms and communications. Hannah is also training to become a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and is passionate about all things mental health.
Kate supports the company’s digital marketing communications. Having recently completed an MA in Death, Religion and Culture, she is passionate about discovering and promoting effective ways to help individuals through their grieving process.
Archie is responsible for all our invaluable partnerships on This Can Happen. He has worked on the event since launch focussed on building relationships with key corporate brands who have employee mental health at their core.
Emma has over 10 years experience in client services and workplace mental health, and is passionate about tackling stigma and encouraging compassionate and supportive workplaces.
My Name is Julie Spence, I am a fully qualified AATQB bookkeeper who has a real passion for Accountancy. I strongly believe that everyone deserves the access to financial education and how without that, it can affect all areas of a individuals life including their wellbeing. Beyond
Beyond is a mental health charity which was formed in 2018 by award winning campaigner Jonny Benjamin MBE. It was created to address the growing need for mental health support for young people. 75% of mental health issues begin in adolescence and yet, according to the NHS, three-quarters of young people who experience mental illness are not receiving treatment. Beyond has so far given out various grants to organisations across the UK who support vulnerable youngsters. The charity is currently developing a nationwide mental health festival for schools called Now and Beyond which will take place in February 2021.
