Toni is an experienced HR professional with 20+ years in professional services. She trained as an accountant at PwC, working with global clients across multiple sectors. After 10 years in client facing roles she moved into human resources and went on to shape and drive the firm's reward strategy. As part of the HR leadership team, she was also responsible for employee relations and global projects. She joined A&O in 2016 as Global Head of Reward and also became the firm's first Head of Wellbeing. Throughout her career Toni has worked with senior leaders to create people strategies that drive change and improve performance across many aspects of the people agenda including diversity, resourcing, performance management and wellbeing in the workplace - a topic she is passionate about.

Zoe is the founder of This Can Happen. She is also the founder of Employees Matter, the largest provider of employee engagement seminars and webinars in the UK.

Emma is currently Global Health and Wellbeing Lead at recently established healthcare company Haleon, after 15 years working at GSK. Emma is experienced in developing and delivering global health and wellbeing programmes on a range of different wellbeing topics to varied employee populations.

Dr Krystal Wilkinson is an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management, based at the Centre for Decent Work and Productivity at Manchester Metropolitan University. Her research focuses on the work-life interface, women’s health, mental health and wellbeing at work. Current and recent research projects have focused on solo-living staff; those navigating complex fertility journeys (including fertility tests, fertility treatment, pregnancy loss and involuntary childlessness); maternity management; mental health in pregnancy and post-birth; women’s reproductive health including menstruation, menstrual health conditions and menopause; and mental health in women in STEM professions. She has published in leading academic journals, featured in various media outlets and trade press (including the BBC, the Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times and People Management magazine), and is lead editor of the 2024 book: Work-Life Inclusion: Broadening perspectives across the life-course. Krystal is passionate about knowledge exchange and is working with various stakeholders to raise awareness and create resources, including the CIPD, national charities and employers. Prior to studying for her PhD at Leeds University, Krystal held operational Human Resource Management roles in different industries, including construction, retail and hospitality. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. Having suffered from severe postnatal mental illness after the birth of her little boy, Krystal is a passionate advocate for perinatal mental health, and is extremely proud to be the first ambassador for the Maternal Mental Health Alliance.

Chief People Officer for the Weber Shandwick Collective in Asia, Susie has been living and working across the Asia Pacific region for over 25 years, holding people and HR leadership roles in multinational organisations.

Based in Hong Kong, Susie has been a part of the IPG network since April 2013 having worked across multiple brands during her tenure, overseeing People initiatives across China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and India. In addition to her HR responsibilities, Susie actively developed Weber Shandwick's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Asia Pacific strategy and has been leading the initiative for the region since early 2021.

Senior Manager, People Projects for Weber Shandwick Collective in Asia, Wendy is based in Singapore and has been part of the IPG network since July 2022.

Wendy enjoys helping leaders and teams get organised to run their day-to-day activities more efficiently. With over 20 years gaining valuable exposure in multiple industries, her cross-industry experience of Group-level, regional and local capacities brings valuable insights and contributions in People operations and projects. Before her career in People & Culture, she operated a handmade jewellery business and a travel blog and worked in marketing and administrative roles.

As a late-diagnosed autistic person at age 40, Wendy is committed to instilling psychological safety, destigmatizing mental health challenges and creating an inclusive environment in APAC workplaces. She has been openly sharing her anxiety journey since late 2019, helping peers find comfort that they are not alone and there is no shame in seeking professional help. She shares her varied lived experiences to remind them the importance of regular self-care and self-kindness.

Dr Brady was appointed as the National Advisor for LGBT Health at NHS England in April 2019. In this role Dr Brady works across NHS England and NHS Improvement, with the Government Equalities Office and a wide range of stakeholders, partner organisations and the LGBT community to address health inequalities for LGBT individuals and improve experience in the NHS. Michael is also an HIV and Sexual Health consultant at Kings College Hospital in London and the Medical Director of the Terrence Higgins Trust.

Carolina is a former paramedic with a career dedicated to understanding and improving mental health support in emergency professions. She completed her PhD on trauma and resilience in psychosis at the University of Manchester in 2021 and joined the University of Central Lancashire as a Lecturer in Clinical Psychology in the same year. She is now a Senior Lecturer, combining teaching, supervision, and applied research to enhance mental health support for frontline workers.

In a career spanning over 35 years, Jessica worked in television (notably for ABC's Good Morning America) and for a non-profit health promotion research organization (the American Health Foundation) before embarking on a legal career. After attending the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, she practiced at two global law firms (Baker McKenzie and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, where she was a partner). For the past several years, Jessica has worked for Thomson Reuters. Currently a Senior Legal Editor for Practical Law, Jessica writes about executive compensation, workplace culture, professional development, careers, and mental health and well-being.

Jyoti is an experienced HR professional with 10+ years of generalist experience roles. Jyoti designed and implemented the wellbeing programme in the Allen & Overy Middle East offices. She is now responsible working for with global teams across the firm to drive the broader wellbeing and mental health agenda. She also directly supports individuals through internal coaching.

Ansa is a Chartered Certified Accountant and has spent the last 20 years working in global total rewards in multi-sector environments. She is skilled at designing and delivering total reward global strategies and programs to promote business outcomes and to attract, engage and retain talent. She specialises in working with remuneration committees, senior stakeholders, and advisors to support and develop global compensation and benefit programs. Based in London and currently working for Northern Trust Bank, Ansa has led and supported significant initiatives from global job architecture design to global well-being interventions driving employee engagement and productivity.

Ansa is passionate about giving back to her networks through providing mentoring and coaching support and is on the steer co for Women in Leadership, Business Resource Council, driving positive change for women in workplace.

Susan combines an academic post in Organisational Psychology with her work as a business psychologist,  an executive coach, mediator and consultant.  She specialises in working with below the surface dynamics and vulnerability at work.  Her research interests include endings, failure and resilience with books published on these topics.

Dr. Palacios is a Harvard, Johns Hopkins, and Northwestern-trained psychological expert with over 14 years of experience in clinical practice, research, consulting, and strategic guidance. She has led more than 1,000 mental wellness programs for Fortune 100 companies, universities, startups, hospitals, and nonprofits, with a focus on the Latine community. Dr. Palacios also advises tech startups on workplace mental health and collaborates with AI labs, offering psychological insights to shape AI-driven mental health tools. She is certified as a mindfulness instructor through Harvard’s CHA Center for Mindfulness & Compassion.

In 2022, Dr. Palacios presented at Harvard Psychiatry Research Day on creating mindfulness programs for Spanish-speaking communities, reflecting her contributions to psychological research and community empowerment. As a former tech startup founder and Chief of Science, she developed gamified solutions to enhance psychological safety among remote teams. Dr. Palacios continues to blend clinical insight with instructional design, providing strategic, research-backed mental wellness programs and consulting across diverse sectors.

Louisa Rose is CEO of youth mental health charity Beyond and the founder of Now and Beyond – a free, national mental health festival for the educational community. Louisa is passionate about creating platforms that empower young people to use their lived experiences to shape change. Previously, Louisa worked as a social media consultant for ten years and is particularly interested in the intersection between tech and the mental health of young people. With lived experience of depression, anxiety, Tourette’s and OCD, Louisa publicly reflects on her personal mental health journey. Louisa is married and a mother of two young boys.

Kim is based in Chicago, Illinois at Northern Trust’s corporate headquarters. She is currently the Global Well-being Strategy Lead working with the Head of Global Benefits & Well-being. Kim has held various positions during her 34 years at Northern Trust, beginning her career in internal audit and later transitioning into Human Resources. Prior to leading well-being, Kim managed the health, welfare and retirement programs for Northern Trust’s North America employee population.

David Stone is Managing Partner at inQUEST, a global consultancy committed to creating workplaces that work better for everyone by strengthening team and organizational cultures. David’s broad experience as an attorney, consultant, mediator, and facilitator enables his clients to connect authentically, align strategically, and move forward together towards improved performance. At the core of David’s approach is the commitment to engage in the hard work of deeply understanding ourselves and one another and to use this knowledge to change behaviors and enhance practices, processes and strategies within teams and organizations. David currently serves on the Dispute Resolution Section Council of the Massachusetts Bar Association and on the Advisory Editorial Board for This Can Happen. David has been recognized as Trainer of the Year for his work with the Center for Conflict Resolution in Chicago, where he also founded and served as the executive vice-president of the Chicago Jewish Day School.

She was recognised by Campaign Asia’s 40 under 40 for her impressive achievements.
