Our 2021 Awards celebrate  workplaces and individuals who champion mental health.

The Awards are now closed for entries.  We have had a record-breaking number of entries this year.  The shortlist announcement was made on 20 May 2021 and the live-streamed awards ceremony will take place on 24 June.

Skills for the Future Series – Overcoming mental health bias

We are mostly unaware of our bias and how it can affect the wellbeing of others and therefore their performance.  Raising our understanding of how our bias towards mental health may impact the way we speak and behave to others is a step in the right direction. So, let's begin to raise our awareness to mitigate the stigma and stereotypes associated with mental health.

Catherine Hamilton is a freelance trainer, facilitator and coach with broad experience in large multi-functional global businesses. Previously Head of Inclusion and Diversity and a training manager she enables others to see their own behaviours more clearly and work through options for different impact.
