Why should I attend?

Our annual 24-hour getaway which gives you the time to think and reflect about how you and your company are focussing on wellbeing. It is an opportunity for leaders to gather and deep dive into the challenges of workplace mental wellbeing with sessions led by top academics and experts to create a real meeting of minds in a comfortable setting. Previous participants have told us that the intimate and confidential environment allows for focussed discussions and learning time with their peers which can not be replicated elsewhere. 

With leaders from every sector and business discipline attending including law firms, accountancy, marketing and advertising, retail, energy, pharmaceutical, banking and insurance there is a strong sharing of knowledge and expertise which every participant learns from.

Who attends?

The Leaders Summit is intended for senior mental wellbeing leads from Rewards, DEI, HR, OH or C-suite executives who have responsibility for wellbeing. Limited to just 40 places, the concept is for peers to meet, discuss and learn from one another in a confidential environment.
