What my son’s job search taught me about hiring
The harsh realities of the graduate job market are discouraging young people from work and causing employers to miss out on talent, says Zoe Sinclair:
"One of my children is graduating this summer. They are smart, curious, hardworking and genuinely excited about what they want to do with their life. But there is one element of the graduate application process that is troubling me.
My child has had multiple interviews, some with five rounds, without once meeting a human being."
